During Schematic Design, we help our clients visualize your ideas in a tangible way. We workshop with our clients hand-in-hand to take your initial ideas, whether sketches, photos, or notes and help you paint a clear picture of what exactly you envision and bring it to life.

During the Construction Documents phase, we take your client-approved floor plans and elevations and compile a complete set of building documents ready for submission to the respective permitting authority. We work closely with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to implement design requirements and selections to streamline the building process.
